How do I place an order?
- Select products from different categories you wish to purchase from.
- On the individual product page, please select desired colour, size, quantity and click on “Buy Now” button.
- Your shopping cart on top right hand corner will indicate the item you have just added.
- Continue shopping and add more items into your shopping cart. Mouse over shopping cart to see all items added.
- Click “Check Out” once you have added all the items you wish to purchase!
- Review all your items in this summary page (you can make changes here).
- If you have a voucher/ discount code, please insert it here too.
- If you are a new customer, choose between Instant check out option or register as a member for easy future purchases!
- If you are a returning customer with an account, kindly login into your existing account.
- Double check the delivery address, feel free to leave a comment if there is any special requests on your order.
- Choose your preferred shipping option. We strongly recommend the option of Registered mail as A Private Room will not be responsible for any lost mails.
- You may also opt for the gift wrap option (a beautiful gift box!) and may also add a personalized message to the gift tag (maximum 20 words). Please note that we will only deliver it via smartpac to ensure your gift is being delivered in the best condition.
- Choose preferred payment method, either through paypal or internet banking transfer/ ATM Transfer (For orders within Singapore only).
- Confirm your order by clicking “I confirm my order” and you’re done! Check your email after!

What happens when an item is pending/ Sold out/ Out of stock?
- Please click on “Join Waiting List” in the product page. We will contact you should any deal fall through or if additional pieces are made available.
Why did I not recieve an invoice for my purchase?
- Check your spam folder of your email as the invoice could have landed in there.
- If it is not in your inbox/spam folder, you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to highlight this issue.

What payment methods are available?
1. Internet Banking/ATM Transfers (For orders in Singapore only)
We accept payment via both DBS/POSB Internet Banking and ATM Transfers. Please do so within 48 hours upon checkout otherwise; the item will be made available for next customer.
For DBS/POSB transfers:

Kindly note that for Interbank Transfers (Banks other than POSB/DBS) it will take 3 working days to credit puchase amount into our account. Hence, payment verification will only take place after the transaction is successful. Please kindly specify this in the order confirmation email reply.

You can use cards such as VISA, MASTERCARD, and AMERICAN EXPRESS to check out via our credit/debit card system or you can also pay through your PayPal account.

My item(s) received is in a different style, color or size as stated in the invoice.
- Please drop us an email and we will verify the discrepancy. In cases where product exchange is required, the shipping charges will be borne by us.
My item is too large or small for me (for all items except panties).
- Please notify us via email firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 calendar days of goods receipt to assess (we may ask for a photo) whether the item is returnable.
- For the return of an eligible item other than damaged items, it must be unused, unwashed and be in their original packaging i.e. be of good resale condition.
- The item must be returned and received by us within 7 calendar days from date of postage.
- For all returns postage charges, customer will have to bear the costs and risk of returning the item to us. The original delivery charge is non-refundable.
- Due to hygiene concerns, we do not provide an exchange or accept the return of all products except bras (without the matching panties).
- Only regular price items are eligible for return. For items on sale, or had any form of discount applied on your order will not be eligible for return.
- Customers can exchange for other available items only if the size of the same design is out of stock. If exchanged item is of higher value, customers are required to top-up the additional sum
- Please allow up to one week for to process an exchange. Your re-selected merchandise will be mailed out once all garments have been determined to be in their original condition.
- We reserve the right to refuse the return of items that do not comply with our return policies/or at our own discretion.
GIFT WRAP RECOMMENDATIONS
- If you will like your purchase gift wrapped, please add on Gift option (chargeable at 5) & a gift message (if you wish) of maximum 20 words will be on a gift tag along with your gift.
- We will be gift wrapping your item into with a gift wrap/ bag and then send item via your preferred delivery method.
